I really liked the hotel. The staff is extremely pleasant and the rooms are clean. During breaks between walks, you can also get excellent coffee here. Only positive impressions remain from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay! Thank you for the lovely complimentary upgrade – my room had a breathtaking panorama overlooking the Golden Horn, with Hagia Sophia visible in the distance. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Istanbul, just steps away from the iconic Galata Tower and the vibrant tourist street full of cafes and shops. Warm hospitality and a perfect home base for exploring the city. Highly recommend!

We genuinely couldnt have asked for a better hotel experience in Istanbul. The staff and front desk for helpful beyond measure. Our room had a panormic view of the old town - we woke up to sunrise looking at the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and all of the bustling city in front of us. Amenities were comfortable and well maintained. A 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

Union Hotel Karakoy
The hotel's location is excellent for easy movement around Istanbul, including easy access to airports, etc. That's why I chose it, but we were also very, very pleased with their hospitality and the cleanliness and service of the hotel. Having previously left the Karaköy branch very satisfied, I recommend Icon and all Union branches. Thanks a lot :)

The hotel is very clean, the environment is nice, and the breakfast is abundant. Especially the service from the front desk lady Peri (and the reception guy) was very professional and enthusiastic, actively helping us solve problems. This is the most satisfying and best value hotel we stayed at in Turkey.

We had a really great stay at the Union Hotel Istanbul. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The location is also great – many sights and public transportation are quickly accessible.

UNION KARAKOYThe hotel is in a fantastic location, making it very convenient to get around and explore Istanbul. The view from our room was also beautiful—we could see the Bosphorus right from the room! The staff were all incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved having the adorable cats around—they made the hotel feel even more warm and welcoming. We had such a wonderful stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Istanbul!

UNION PLAT INNA very cozy and beautiful hotel for couples and families. The rooms are very clean, the service is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice and convenient, and I recommend booking your room with breakfast. The Deluxe Room is also worth the extra cost. The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from Taksim, with many shops and places nearby. The staff speak several languages, so communication is easy. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

UNION PORTMy stay was wonderful. The staff were absolutely amazing — especially Sam, who was so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Every day he offered me a good coffee and a bottle of water to take on my way. The room was cozy, spotless, and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation. On my departure, they even gifted me a lovely magnet as a memory of my stay. Would definitely recommend it.
